A second man has appeared in court charged with the murder of Alan Ritchie.
Michael Toal, 49, is accused of killing Mr Ritchie, 61, at Kennishead Avenue in Glasgow’s Carnwadric area on March 10 this year.
Mr Ritchie was found seriously injured in the flat and died at the scene.
On Thursday, Toal made no plea in a hearing at Glasgow Sheriff Court.
He was remanded in custody pending further examination by sheriff Brian Cameron.
Toal will appear again at court within the next eight days.
Terence Morgan, 31, appeared at court on Tuesday in connection with Mr Ritchie’s death.
Morgan also made no plea and was remanded in custody for further examination.
