iStockA road in Glasgow has been closed after a man was found injured on Friday.
Emergency services were called to Maxwell Street in the Baillieston area at around 5.50pm.
Officers have closed the street between the junction of Whirlow Road and Main Street.
Drivers have been urged to avoid the area as emergency services remain at the scene.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Maxwell Street is closed at the junction of Whirlow Road and Main Street in Baillieston after a man was found injured around 5.50pm on Friday, December 5, 2025.
“Emergency services are in attendance, and the public is asked to avoid the area.”
