Six people have been arrested and charged in connection with various offences following the opening night of Glasgow’s TRNSMT festival.
Police said the offences included police assault, assault, hate crime and outstanding warrants.
The arrests were made in and around the area of Glasgow Green on Friday.
Reports will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.
Emergency crews were called to the festival grounds after concerns were raised for the welfare of two boys, aged 16 and 17. Both were taken to hospital for treatment.
The incidents came as Glasgow faced soaring temperatures, with temperatures rocketing to 29C in Glasgow on Saturday.
The heatwave prompted safety warnings from the NHS and the Scottish Ambulance Service, urging festival goers to stay hydrated and take precautions in the sun.
Around 150,000 people are expected to attend TRNSMT across the weekend.
