Staff at a business in East Ayrshire have been left “shaken” after a robbery.
A man entered a business premises on Blair Avenue, Hurlford, and threatened staff at around 9.55pm on Sunday.
Officers said the man made off with a three-figure sum of cash.
No one was injured during the incident but police said staff were left “shaken”.
Police are looking to trace the man who is described as between 20 and 30 years old, with dark hair and facial hair.
He was wearing an grey tracksuit with white emblems and grey trainers.
Detective constable Debbie Johnstone said: “Thankfully no-one was injured as a result of this incident but staff were left understandably shaken.
“Our enquiries are ongoing and I am appealing to anyone who witnessed the incident or a man matching this description in the area to contact us.
“I would also appeal to anyone who was in the area around the time to get in touch if they have any dash cam or private CCTV footage which could assist us.
“Anyone with any information is asked to contact 101 quoting reference 3678 of May 25, 2025.”
