A suspect has been charged in connection with the death of a man who was found in a Glasgow home.
Officers were called to a property at Drakemire Avenue in Castlemilk around 8.10pm on April 2 following a report of concern for a man.
Craig Hamilton was pronounced dead at the scene. Following a post-mortem examination, his death is being treated as murder.
A 56-year-old man has been charged by officers in connection with the death.
STV NewsHe is due to appear at Glasgow Sheriff Court on Monday.
In a statement provided through Police Scotland, Craig’s family described him as a “much loved” man.
They said: “Craig was much loved by his family and friends and he will be missed. We’d ask that our privacy is respected at this time.”
