The female passenger of a taxi has died in hospital four days after a two-vehicle collision.
Emergency services were called London Road, at the junction with Tobago Street in Glasgow following reports of a crash between a white Citroen Berlingo van and a black Mercedez-Benz Vito taxi at around 5.25pm on March 25.
A 79-year-old woman, who was travelling in the taxi, was taken to Glasgow Royal Infirmary, where she died on Saturday.
An investigation is ongoing to establish the full circumstances surrounding the crash.
Sergeant Jim Dewar said: “My thoughts are with the family and friends of the woman who died at this very difficult time.
“We’ve been carrying out extensive enquiries and, while we’ve already gathered CCTV and witness statements, I’m appealing for anyone else who saw what happened or has dash-cam footage to come forward.”
