An 18-year-old man has been charged over an allegedly “targeted” attempted murder.
Emergency services were called to reports of a disturbance involving three vehicles and a male pedestrian on Ashgill Road on Monday, June 23 around 6.55pm.
The 22-year-old male pedestrian was struck by a car and taken to Glasgow Royal Infirmary for treatment.
Officers previously said they believed the incident was “targeted” and there was no wider threat to the public.
An 18-year-old man has since been arrested and charged in connection with the incident.
He is due to appear at Glasgow Sheriff Court on Wednesday, July 2.
