STV NewsA teenage girl has been sexually assaulted close to a nightlife hotspot in Glasgow city centre.
Emergency services were called to Sauchiehall Lane, between Elmbank Street and Holland Street, following reports of the serious sexual assault of a 19-year-old woman at around 1.55am on November 15.
No arrests have been made in connection with the attack.
An investigation to establish the circumstances surrounding the incident is still ongoing.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 1.55am on Friday, November 15, 2024 we received a report of a serious sexual assault of a 19-year-old woman in Sauchiehall Lane between the junction with Elmbank Street and Holland Street in Glasgow.
“Enquiries are ongoing.”
