A teenager has been charged after a woman was allegedly stabbed on a street in Glasgow.
Emergency services were called to Scaraway Terrace in the Milton area following reports of an attack at around 3.55pm on Thursday afternoon.
A 41-year-old woman was taken to Queen Elizabeth Hospital for treatment.
Her condition has been described as stable.
Officers charged a 17-year-old boy in connection with the attack. He is due to appear in court on Monday.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 3.55pm on Thursday, August 21, we received a report of a serious assault on Scaraway Terrace in Glasgow.
“Emergency services attended and a 41-year-old woman was taken to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital where her condition is described as stable.
“A 17-year-old male youth has been arrested and charged and due to appear at Glasgow Sheriff Court on Monday, August 25, 2025.”
