Three men have been charged after G4S cash box security workers were targeted in separate incidents on the same day.
The two robberies and one attempted robbery were carried out in Glasgow and East Dunbartonshire on Friday.
The attempted robbery happened in the foyer of the Lloyds TSB Bank in Duke Street, Glasgow, at around 9.40am.
A second incident then took place around 12.35pm outside the Scotmid store on Merkland Drive, Kirkintilloch.
The third incident occurred at around 2.30pm outside Ryman Stationary on Byres Road.
Three men, aged 28, 26 and 24, have been arrested and charged in connection with the incidents.
They have also been charged with conspiracy to rob in connection with a further incident in Glasgow city centre on Saturday.
Reports have been submitted to the Procurator Fiscal and all three men are expected to appear at Glasgow Sheriff Court on Monday.
Detective inspector Clark Hill said: “We are grateful for the support we have received from the public in relation to this investigation.
“Further enquiries are ongoing into these incidents and anyone with information who has not yet spoken to police is asked to come forward as soon as possible.”
