Scottish singer-songwriter Tom Walker has announced a one-off free gig in Glasgow to celebrate Burns Night.
The Brit Award winner took to his social media to confirm he will play his smallest gig in years at The Scotia Bar on Stockwell Street on January 25 at 9pm.
The Kilsyth-born artist said he would be performing a small acoustic set and warned that the bar can only fit around 100 people so urged fans to get down early.
The announcement video, which was released on Tuesday, quickly racked up views with fans sharing their excitement.
One fan wrote: “Never wanted to be in Glasgow more” with another follower writing: ” I love this guy, his music is lit, make a plan to go”.
The singer first shot to fame in 2018 with the release of his single Leave a Light On which peaked at 7 on UK Singles chart.
Walker later won the Brit Award for Breakthrough Artist in 2019 after the release of his debut album What A Time To Be Alive.
Since then, he has played for thousands of fans at venues across the world, and his return to Glasgow will mark his most intimate performance since.
This won’t be Tom’s only Scottish performance of 2024 as he is set to return to Glasgow’s O2 Academy later this year.
The first night, April 30, is sold out but there are still tickets available for the second night, May 1.
