Train services in Renfrewshire have been disrupted after a cow was spotted walking on the tracks.
ScotRail took to social media to confirm they received reports of an animal on the line between Lochwinnoch and Howwood at around 9am on Thursday.
Trains running through the area will run at a slower speed than normal until the cow can be safely removed.
A spokesperson for ScotRail said: “We’ve received reports that there’s a cow on the line between Lochwinnoch and Howwood.
“Trains are running through this area at a slower speed than normal until we can safely remove the animal.”
