Trains have been cancelled after a tree blocked the railway line during bad weather.
ScotRail confirmed a fallen tree is blocking the line approaching Largs, with trains unable to operate from Fairlie.
Ticket acceptance has been put in place with McGills bus number 901 from Glasgow to Largs and on the 906 from Glasgow to Gourock, Greenock and Wemyss Bay.
A Network Rail post on X read: “We’re working to clear a fallen tree that’s blocking access to and from Largs station at the moment.
“Our control room is working with ScotRail to manage train services on the Largs/Ardrossan Harbour lines until this has been removed.”
