Tributes have been paid to a man who died four days after being allegedly attacked at a high rise building in Glasgow.

Robert Fisher was left with serious injuries following the incident at a flat on Maxwellton Street at around 5.30pm on July 23.

He was rushed to Queen Elizabeth University Hospital in Glasgow, however police confirmed the 26-year-old died on Thursday afternoon.

Friends and family posed tributes to the 26-year-old on social media.

Stacey Murphy described him as “one of a kind”.

Jordan McFadyen posted: “Bless you Boab RIP what a sad loss today.”

Caitlin Donnelly added: “Rest in peace Robert my heart goes out to his family.”

Debbie Roe said: “What a lovely boy he was rip, thinking of your family xxx.”

Two men, aged 26 and 24, were previously arrested and charged in connection with the incident.

They both appeared at Paisley Sheriff Court on Tuesday, July 25.
