Two men have been arrested and charged after drugs worth up to £250,000 were recovered in Cumbernauld.
Officers raided properties on Millcroft Road at around 10.45pm on Tuesday.
A cannabis farm of 65 plants with an estimated street value of between £200,000 and £250,000 was discovered.
A six-figure sum of cash was also recovered in the raid.
The men, aged 50 and 55, are due to appear at Airdrie Sheriff Court on Thursday.
Area inspector Barry Maguire said: “Drugs cause misery in our communities and Police Scotland is committed to bringing those responsible for the supply and sale of illegal substances to justice.
“This result underscores our commitment to the Serious and Organised Crime Taskforce and highlights our efforts to disrupt the activities of those involved.
“The public has a vital part in helping us to target and trace those involved and we encourage anyone with information or concerns to contact us via 101, or make a call anonymously to Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.”
