Two men have been arrested and charged in connection with an attempted murder probe in Glasgow.
The incident occurred on Monday, September 4, when a cyclist was hit by a car on Duke Street around 9.50am.
The cyclist was taken to Queen Elizabeth University Hospital for treatment to serious injuries.
Police confirmed that two men, aged 25 and 33, have now been charged and appeared before Glasgow Sheriff Court on Tuesday.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Two men have been arrested and charged in connection with attempted murder, following a crash involving a car and cyclist in the Duke Street area of Glasgow, around 9.50am on Monday, September 4, 2023.
“The pair – aged 25 and 33 – appeared at Glasgow Sheriff Court on Tuesday, September 12, 2023.”
