Two men in hospital following disturbance on street

Two men have been taken to hospital following a disturbance on a Glasgow street on Tuesday night.

Emergency services were called to Allison Street at around 10.10pm after they were alerted to the incident.

Two men, aged 34 and 29, were taken to hospital for treatment.

No arrests have been made and an investigation to establish the full circumstances is ongoing.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “We were called to a report of a disturbance in the Allison Street area of Glasgow around 10.10pm on Tuesday, April 7, 2026.

“Emergency services attended and two men, aged 34 and 29, were taken to hospital for treatment.

“Enquiries are ongoing.”
