iStockA woman has been taken to hospital after a disturbance in Glasgow on Sunday.
Emergency services were called to the Chancellor Street area of the city at around 10.05am.
A 27-year-old woman was taken to hospital for treatment. Officers arrested a 25-year-old man in connection with the incident.
An investigation is ongoing.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “10.05am on Sunday, August 17, we received a report of a disturbance in the Chancellor Street area of Glasgow.
“Emergency services attended and a 27-year-old woman was taken to hospital for treatment.
“A 25-year-old man has been arrested in connection and enquiries are ongoing to establish the full circumstances.”
