A woman has been arrested after cocaine and heroin worth more than £200,000 was seized by police in West Dunbartonshire.
Acting under a warrant, officers searched a flat on Jellicoe Street, Clydebank at around midday on Tuesday.
Police said they recovered more than five kilos of cocaine and almost half a kilo of heroin which has an estimated street value of around £260,000.
The force confirmed that a 31-year-old woman had been arrested in connection with the recovery.
Enquiries into the haul are “ongoing”.
A spokesperson for Police Scotland said: “Class A drugs worth more than £200,000 have been seized by officers from the serious and organised crime unit.
“Around 11.50pm on Tuesday, February 27, 2024, officers acting under warrant, searched a flat in Jellicoe Street, Clydebank and recovered more than five kilos of cocaine and almost half a kilo of heroin. The estimated street value is around £260,000.
“A 31-year-old woman has been arrested in connection with the recovery and enquiries are ongoing.”
