A woman has been charged after two pedestrians were hit by a car which mounted the pavement on Byres Road in Glasgow.
Officers responded to a report of a crash between a car and two pedestrians on the busy West End road around 11.35am on Sunday.
A section of the pavement at Vinicombe Street was closed while emergency services were in attendance.
Images from the scene showed damage from the car colliding with a seating area with debris on the pavement.


A woman has been charged in connection with a road traffic offence following the incident.
There were no reports of injuries and the vehicle has since been moved.
A Police Scotland statement read: “Following the earlier road crash on Byres Road around 11.35am on Sunday, December 15, the vehicle has been uplifted and the pavement reopened.
“No-one required hospital treatment.
“A woman has been charged in connection with a road traffic offence.”
