Police ScotlandA woman has been charged in connection with the death of a man in a flat in Glasgow.
Johnson Ewere, 40, was found dead after officers were called to the property on Charles Street, at around 10.25pm on Sunday, June 29.
A 35-year-old woman was arrested and then charged over his death. Police said enquiries were ongoing.
She is due to appear at Glasgow Sheriff Court on Thursday, July 3, 2025.
A Police Scotland statement read: “A 40-year-old man who died at a property in Glasgow has been named as Johnson Ewere.
“Officers were called to the property on Charles Street, around 10.25pm on Sunday, June 29, 2025.
“A 35-year-old woman has been arrested in connection with the death and enquiries are ongoing.”
Detective inspector Julie Clisby said: “Our thoughts remain with the family and friends of Johnson at this difficult time.”
