A 75-year-old woman has appeared in court charged with breaching Scotland’s abortion buffer zones law.
Rose Docherty is accused of two offences under the Abortion Services (Safe Access Zones) Act 2024.
The Act prohibits activities which could influence or alarm others around hospitals and clinics where terminations are carried out.
Docherty did not submit a plea during the hearing at Glasgow Sheriff Court on Friday.
Her next court appearance has been set for January 13.
