iStockPolice are appealing for witnesses after a woman was reported for shouting at and threatening a child on board a train from Glasgow.
British Transport Police were alerted to the incident on board the train between Glasgow Queen Street and Aberdeen around 6.10pm on June 27.
The child was described as being around four years old.
Anyone who witnessed the incident is asked to contact British Transport Police by texting 61016 or calling 0800 40 50 40 with the reference 611 of June 27, 2024.
Alternatively, Crimestoppers can be contacted anonymously by calling 0800 555 111.
