A woman was taken to hospital after being struck by a car on a major road in Glasgow.
Emergency services were called to the city’s Maryhill Road at around 8am on Wednesday, after a collision between a car and a pedestrian.
A woman, aged 26, was taken to hospital. Her current condition is unknown.
Enquiries are ongoing into the incident.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 8am on Wednesday, January 31, 2024, we were called to a report of a collision involving a pedestrian and a car on Maryhill Road, Glasgow.
“Emergency services attended and the pedestrian, a 26-year-old woman, was taken to hospital.
“Enquiries are ongoing to establish the full circumstances.”
