Emergency services were called to Croftfoot Road at around 11.55pm on Wednesday.
A woman, 53, was taken to hospital for treatment.
Her current condition is unknown at this stage and enquiries remain ongoing.
Sergeant Jack Swindells said: “Enquiries are ongoing and we are appealing to anyone who witnessed the crash to contact us.
“We also ask anyone driving in the area at the time with dash-cam footage to come forward.”
