Police would like to speak with the woman following the incident at the music festival on July 7.

Woman with butterfly tattoos sought following assault on first day of TRNSMT music festival Police Scotland

Police are looking to locate a woman following an assault which took place on day one of TRNSMT.

The incident took place at the music festival at Glasgow Green at around 6.30pm on July 7.

A picture of the woman has been released by police, and she has been described as white, Scottish, in her late teens or early 20s with dark hair.

She was wearing a pink, purple and green top with matching bottoms and had butterfly tattoos on her arms.

Constable Cameron McEwan of Police Scotland said: “We are keen to speak to this female who may have information which could assist with our enquiries.

“I would encourage her or anyone who may recognise her to please contact us.”
