Domino’s has issued an urgent warning to customers who have purchased two products from its restaurants recently.

The pizza delivery chain sent an email to customers on Monday urging those with peanut allergies to dispose of two products over health concerns.

The warning said that their Garlic and Herb dip as well as the Honey and Mustard dip may contain traces of peanut.

The contamination impacts both the 100g “Big Dip” pots and the smaller 25g pots provided with pizzas.

The popular chain apologised for any concern and inconvenience caused by the issue and advised those with questions to get in touch via their website.

The email sent to customers read: “At Domino’s Pizza, the quality of our products and safety of our customers is the highest priority, particularly when it comes to allergens.

“We have become aware that some of our Garlic and Herb dip and Honey and Mustard dip may contain traces of peanut.

“This issue may impact both our 100g ‘Big Dip’ pots and the smaller, 25g, pots we provide with our pizzas.

“If you do have a peanut allergy, please dispose of the dips and do not consume them

“If you do not have a peanut allergy, no further action is required.”

We are sorry for any concern and inconvenience this issue may cause.
