Five more people have been arrested in the investigation into the theft of crown jewels from the Louvre Museum.
The five were detained late on Wednesday night in Paris, prosecutor Laure Beccuau told RTL radio on Thursday.
She did not release their identities.
One is suspected of being part of the team that broke into the gallery and stole the jewels, Beccuau revealed.
It was not immediately clear how the four other men arrested on Wednesday night were involved.
The latest arrests come after two men, who were arrested on Sunday, were indicted for criminal conspiracy and theft committed by an organised gang.
Both partially admitted their involvement, according to the prosecutor.
The heist, which took place on October 18, saw more than £76m worth of jewellery stolen, including the French crown jewels, according to prosecutors.
An emerald necklace and earrings, two crowns, two brooches, a sapphire necklace and a single earring were stolen during the daylight robbery, which saw thieves use a truck equipped with a cherry picker to break in through a balcony window.
The jewels remain missing.
