Celtic goalkeeper Scott Bain has signed a new contract with the club, adding a year to his current deal.
Bain, who joined Celtic from Dundee in 2018, initially on loan, has established himself ahead of Vasilias Barkas as Joe Hart’s understudy.
The 30-year-old, who has three Scotland cap, has made 74 appearances for Celtic so far and looks forward to more when the opportunity arises in Ange Postecgolou’s team.
“It is a privilege to be part of this great club and I am so pleased to extend my future at Celtic,” he told the club’s official website.
“We have already had success under the new manager, it is fantastic working with him and the rest of our backroom team, and I want to join them and the other players at the club in working hard to achieve more and more success for our fans.”
