A teenager has been arrested after an 18-year-old man was allegedly stabbed on the street in Edinburgh.
The teenager was discovered seriously injured around 6.40pm on Friday, January 10 on Bath Street in Portobello.
He was taken to the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh for treatment.
A 17-year-old male has been arrested in connection.
Officers said enquiries are ongoing.
A Police Scotland statement read: “A 17-year-old male has been arrested after a man was found seriously injured on Bath Street in Portobello.
“Emergency services attended around 6.40pm on Friday, January 10, 2025, and the 18-year-old man was taken to the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh for treatment of serious injuries.
“Enquiries are ongoing.”
