Celtic manager Ange Postecoglou has named his starting line-up as the Hoops look to clinch the Premiership title against Hearts at Tynecastle.

A win in Edinburgh will secure a second league title in a row for the league leaders, but the home side will be open to delay that particular party as they look to get closer to Aberdeen in third.

The Dons are currently five points ahead of Hearts in the race for third place and they take on Rangers at Ibrox in the second of Sunday’s double header.

Even if Celtic fail to get the desired result in Gorgie, a win for Barry Robson’s men in Glasgow would see the Hoops be crowned as champs.

Postecoglou has started with Joe Hart in goals behind a back four of Anthony Ralston, Yuki Kobayashi, Carl Starfelt and Greg Taylor.

Captain Callum McGregor anchors a three man midfield with Reo Hatate and Matt O’Riley.

Top scorer Kyogo Furuhashi starts up top with Daizen Maeda and last week’s semi-final hero Jota either side of him.

Hearts interim manager Steven Naismith has made one change from their 6-1 win over Ross County with James Hill coming in for Nathanial Atkinson.

Zander Clark in goals and a back four of Hill, Sibbick, Rowes and Cochrane, with Devlin, Haring, McKay and Oda in midfield and Ginnelly and Shankland leading the line.
