A 37-year-old man has been arrested and charged after allegedly assaulting a cyclist on a busy Edinburgh road.
Footage appearing to show a 34-year-old male cyclist being pushed to the ground on High School Wynd at around 6.25pm on Friday was widely shared on social media.
Police Scotland said the cyclist was taken to hospital to be checked over.
Officers announced at the weekend they had opened an investigation into the incident.
On Monday, officers said they had arrested a man in connection with the alleged assault.
He is due to appear at Edinburgh Sheriff Court on Monday, September 23.
