Two bodies have been found during the search for a missing father and son from Cheshire.
Tom Parry, 49, and his 12-year-old son Richie failed to return to their home on Wednesday following a planned visit to Glen Nevis and Glencoe.
A major search was launched with police confirming that two bodies were found in Glencoe on Wednesday evening.
The bodies have not been formally identified but the family of the father and son have been made aware.
Police said there are no apparent suspicious circumstances but added that enquiries are “ongoing”.
A report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal in due course.
Inspector Craig Johnstone said: “Our thoughts are with all those involved. I would like to thank all emergency services and Mountain Rescue volunteers.”
