A Clackmannanshire town has been hit by a Christmas Eve power cut.
Hot food and drink has been made available to residents of Tillicoutry as Scottish Power engineers look to rectify the issue in the area.
A food truck provided by the Clackmannanshire council opened up to locals in the car park of Tillicoultry Primary School.
A spokeswoman for the local authority said: “We were made aware of a significant power outage affected residents in Tillicoultry early this morning.
“Our adult care and housing staff are working closely with health colleagues to make sure vulnerable people are receiving appropriate support.
“Scottish Power Energy Network is also visiting their registered vulnerable.
“This work will continue until the situation is resolved.”
