Aberdeen have completed the signing of Matty Kennedy from St Johnstone on a pre-contract agreement.
It means the winger will join the Pittodrie club in the summer after signing a three-year deal.
The 25-year-old, who also attracted interest from Hearts, has netted five times this season – once against his future teammates in a 1-1 draw in November.
Dons boss Derek McInnes said: “I’m pleased Matty has shown a real desire to join Aberdeen when there were other options available to him.
“Respectfully he remains a St Johnstone player but I look forward to him joining us in the summer and working with him next season.”
Kennedy is the club’s second January signing after Dylan McGeouch joined from Sunderland earlier this month.
