Two men, aged 25 and 34, have been arrested and charged in connection with the thefts.
Detective inspector Ross Jamieson said: “Whenever someone’s home is broken into the impact is considerable, leaving people feeling unsafe. It also has an impact on the local community.
“We are determined to disrupt the activity of those involved and bring those responsible to justice.
“Anyone with information about this kind of crime should call Police Scotland on 101, or make a call anonymously to Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.”
