New accessible kitchen opens at centre for young adults with learning disabilities

Edinburgh charity Teens Plus provides full-time support for 21 school leavers with learning disabilities.

A new state of the art and fully accessible kitchen funded by Wooden Spoon, the children’s charity of rugby, has opened at the Teens Plus headquarters in Edinburgh.

The charity is a full-time, transitional education project for young adults with learning disabilities and recently moved into a new larger home on McDonald Road.
